The establishment is pleasant and orderly, yet the employees are exceedingly indolent and fail to return calls for missed appointments. Emergencies could arise, but they still neglect to follow up. I intended to purchase another package, and the person kept pestering me to ensure I make the purchase. All they prioritize is the money. Customer service is of no concern to them. I also experienced very unsatisfactory outcomes from this establishment. Neither of the employees display enough care to genuinely assist you. I would not recommend.
I procured "a photofacial, laser skin resurfacing OR laser acne treatment" through Groupon. Upon arrival, I was informed that they solely provide the photofacial! My sole reason for the purchase was to address acne using laser acne treatment. The manager responded by stating, "It's the same! The photofacial treats the acne." They falsely and deceitfully listed that they offer three different types of treatments! If they only offer the photofacial, then they should have clearly stated it as "photofacial" without adding "laser skin resurfacing or laser acne treatment". Evidently, the owner or manager is unaware that different treatments are utilized by various laser machines! When I presented my voucher to the manager, she initially blamed Groupon. Then, she shifted the blame to me, stating that I should have consulted before purchasing it. Astonishing! No accountability whatsoever for falsely advertising on Groupon to entice new customers but instead blaming others. I did not receive an apology for their false advertisement. If I had known that they only offer the photofacial, I wouldn't have bothered purchasing it in the first place or driving there wasting my time! Since I was already there, I decided to proceed with it as the manager kept insisting that it helps prevent acne problems. I was requested to sign some paperwork regarding potential side effects, post-treatment skin care instructions like wearing sunscreen, etc. So, one would assume that the technician would apply sunscreen on your skin after the session. Right? Wrong! The technician did not apply any sunscreen on my face after the treatment in daylight, only moisturizer. When I asked for sunscreen to protect my face from sunburn, she gave me a small sample of Aveeno moisturizer with sunscreen. I applied it and left the establishment. The technician chased after me and demanded the return of the small moisturizer, stating, "I did not give it to you. You were supposed to return it to me after use. Sorry. It's for OUR CLIENTS!" Really? This establishment is so pitiful! Essentially, I am not their client. They discriminate against clients based on whether they purchased their services through Groupon. And they insist on returning the tiny Aveeno sample that they received for free from the manufacturer. Seriously? Clearly, their customer service is abysmal! I should have researched Aesthetic Medical Network (AMN) before purchasing from them! Now I completely understand why they need to advertise their services through Groupon to attract new customers, as they are unable to retain existing ones! Do yourself a favor and avoid going there! If possible, I would rate AMN a ZERO, not one star! The laser intensity was so low that I felt no discomfort. The session lasted less than 2 minutes. No wonder the manager informed me that I would need at least 6 treatments to see results! Additionally, the manager provided me with a list of other services to add-on or purchase. Even if they were offered for free, I would decline. Furthermore, they request your photo ID and credit card number to charge a cancellation fee. I have visited many other laser treatment centers, and none have requested my photo ID! The manager persistently badgered me for my ID! When I inquired why, she responded, "The dermatologist instructed us to verify you." The amusing aspect of AMN is that
