I have been a loyal client of Vittoria for years, and my face looks and feels amazing. I experienced a resurgence of cystic acne in my mid-40s, so I started getting microdermabrasion and later added peels to help diminish the acne and age spots. Since then, my face has been clear and radiant. The office is pristine, and the staff is well-informed and friendly. Additionally, a fantastic perk is that if you visit during your workday, Vittoria applies tinted moisturizer with sunscreen so you can return to work looking rejuvenated and protected.
I made a reservation for laser hair removal due to the reasonable rate for one session as I am only in the region for a month. The PA who conducted the procedure lacked professionalism. Despite initially hesitating to leave a review, it's been two weeks post-laser, and there has been no hair fall at all. The treatment was entirely ineffective. I've had laser hair removal done twice before, and it worked perfectly as I am an ideal candidate. After informing them of my situation, I was promised a callback from the owner, but I haven't received any response. It feels like I wasted $275. On a positive note, the receptionist was delightful and kind. However, I am overall extremely disappointed 😞
