I would easily give this establishment a 10 STAR rating if I could. Despite being a first-time visitor, I decided to give it a shot based on the glowing reviews, and I'm thrilled that I did! The overall experience was flawless. The nail technician (who I believe is the owner) was absolutely fantastic. They helped me select a design with colors that I truly wanted, and their friendliness, skill, and professionalism were top-notch. The salon itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a wide array of color options. I was absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this place. Had a powder dip manicure with tips performed on Friday. 3 nails broke on Saturday. Visited the salon 2 times over the weekend for repairs. On Monday, 3 more nails broke. Returned to have everything removed. No refund was provided. In my view, that's poor business practice.
