As someone new to lash extensions, I was referred to M Lash by a friend. I opted for a hybrid set with Krystal, and I was initially nervous about how the lashes would suit my eye shape. However, Krystal expertly tailored the look to my eyes, giving me a stunning Doll look that I absolutely adore. She was gentle and made me feel at ease throughout the process. For my fill, I saw Ruby, who was equally pleasant and incredibly quick. The salon is impeccably clean, booking services is a breeze, and the pricing is reasonable. Had a powder dip manicure with tips performed on Friday. 3 nails broke on Saturday. Visited the salon 2 times over the weekend for repairs. On Monday, 3 more nails broke. Returned to have everything removed. No refund was provided. In my view, that's poor business practice. I would easily give this establishment a 10 STAR rating if I could. Despite being a first-time visitor, I decided to give it a shot based on the glowing reviews, and I'm thrilled that I did! The overall experience was flawless. The nail technician (who I believe is the owner) was absolutely fantastic. They helped me select a design with colors that I truly wanted, and their friendliness, skill, and professionalism were top-notch. The salon itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a wide array of color options. I was absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this place.
