Claire is personable, efficient, and punctual. Her expertise as a nurse is evident in her meticulous ear piercing technique and thorough aftercare instructions. She maintained a clean and organized environment. I had an upper ear cartilage piercing done and it was a breeze. Claire was easily reachable post-piercing and followed up to ensure proper healing. This is my second time at this place. First time was ok. I just needed stray hair clean up on my brows, nothing difficult. It wasn’t as clean as I’d like the first time around but it’s close by so I came back. And boy do I regret it. I grew out my brows 5 years ago to get them mapped so I’ve been keeping up with them until today. Usually I just ask for clean up and that’s what I always got everywhere I go. Today I went and asked for the same thing and after she was done, I was SHOCKED. My brows shrunk in half! My don’t have much to begin with so I like to keep them thick but I walked away with my brows from HS (back when everyone over-plucked)! 😭 I’ve had not so great brow threading experiences but this is the worst. I am so grateful I did because the experience from the moment I stepped foot in the establishment was truly beautiful. When the attendant inquired about my feelings afterward, 'amazing' just didn't cut it. I struggled to find the right word to describe it, but I settled on 'magical'. Ashley, the wonderful individual who attended to me, was not only sweet but also highly knowledgeable. The soothing music and ambiance created a relaxing atmosphere, making me feel at ease during a somewhat vulnerable service. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional experience and extend my thanks to them and the establishment.
