My stylist is fantastic and I ALWAYS leave happy. Today there was a person who was on a political soap box, speaking loudly and imposing their need of political conversation on anyone in Suite B. This drained the joy out of my "me" time. Perhaps the owner can make changes to policy to ensure that everyone can enjoy a more positive and pleasant environment.
My daughter, who lives in LA, wanted to buy me a gift certificate for a massage from Michelle. She tried for weeks to get a response from leaving voicemails and texts and never got a response. She finally had to go there in person when she got here for Christmas. I have now tried for over 2 weeks, leaving multiple texts and voicemails, and still have not gotten a response to my request for an appointment. This is very poor and unacceptable business practice and customer service!
