I've visited this place 4 times now, and they haven't let me down yet! When you go, ask for Alex! They're new, and they did a fantastic job on my nails! They're also very friendly and made my visit enjoyable! Highly recommend!
I went in for a regular mani/pedi (cuticle + regular polish) last Friday 03/29. It was the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. The nail polish was very thick, as was the top coat. You can clearly see in the photos the layers of nail polish. The lady who did the job was very pleasant. Those getting gel done seemed happy. It seems like most people here opt for gel or nail extensions, which might explain why the regular nail polish available at the salon is of poor quality or old. Perhaps that's the reason. The base and top coat bottles were from OPI, but the contents didn't look like it. I can't speak for gel, but I do not recommend it for a regular manicure/pedicure. If you decide to go for it, bring your own good-quality polish.
I came in for a polish change for a French manicure. It took over an hour. I specifically asked for French. Once the base was on, I was asked how much extra for French. The manager said $20 more. So $45 for a polish change! No refill. She then got upset because this should have been discussed before any polish was applied, not at the end of the service when I could have chosen a different color. I've been here before and there was no hot water for pedicures, they wanted to use kettles. I believe in giving second chances, that's why I returned. But changing prices weekly is not good business practice.
