Extremely welcoming. The individuals are delightful. Adore my silver grey/pink box braids.
I visited to have 2 braids done. They informed me they couldn't do 2, only 4, and had no expertise in designs. The service was overpriced for the quality. They were rough with my hair, causing breakage. The braid ends were left unfinished, uneven, and unraveled quickly. Cheap products were used, and the conversation revolved around inappropriate topics. Overall, lazy, with a poor work ethic, and displayed a lack of professionalism. The final result resembled a rushed job by a family member. It was not professionally executed. A complete disappointment. Their excuse at the end was, "I struggle with braiding." Then why operate a braiding shop?
Outstanding craftsmanship, highly professional and amiable. The demand for her services is high, so I recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.
