The desire for a fresh haircut was strong within me. I diligently arranged appointments for our entire family online. Upon punctual arrival and check-in, my Mother received an excellent haircut from Jan. However, the stylist designated to tend to my hair failed to make an appearance, seemingly preoccupied. The lack of communication left us clueless. Following my unattended session, my daughter was scheduled for a haircut by the same stylist, but she never materialized. Enduring a 75-minute wait without any acknowledgment was disheartening. Multiple stylists strolled past us without a glance. The receptionist entered the salon after half an hour but didn't return, avoiding the discomfort of witnessing our prolonged wait (seating would have been appreciated). Leaving a negative review pains me, but even reaching out to customer service via email on Saturday yielded no response. A truly dismal experience.
As I inscribe this review, my eyes well up. Last Saturday, 11/25, Kesha sheared my locks. My entire head is now in disarray, she ruthlessly hacked away, leaving my hair uneven and the layers haphazardly chopped off. I swiftly made an appointment with another salon for Tuesday evening, hoping the stylist can salvage something without necessitating a drastic shortening. When I arrived at the salon, my hair gracefully caressed my shoulders, but now it's a memory. The final look was lackluster, but the true horror unfolded when I reached home, showered, and attempted to style it. The scant strands left and the disastrous appearance left me in shock. Avoid this place at all costs. For $65, I anticipated a stellar cut, but all I received was disappointment.
Our son's inaugural haircut took place here. The professional handling the task was exceptional, maintaining his composure throughout the session. It was the epitome of a perfect first haircut experience.
