The desire for a fresh haircut was strong within me. I diligently arranged appointments for our entire family online. Upon punctual arrival and check-in, my Mother received an excellent haircut from Jan. However, the stylist designated to tend to my hair failed to make an appearance, seemingly preoccupied. The lack of communication left us clueless. Following my unattended session, my daughter was scheduled for a haircut by the same stylist, but she never materialized. Enduring a 75-minute wait without any acknowledgment was disheartening. Multiple stylists strolled past us without a glance. The receptionist entered the salon after half an hour but didn't return, avoiding the discomfort of witnessing our prolonged wait (seating would have been appreciated). Leaving a negative review pains me, but even reaching out to customer service via email on Saturday yielded no response.
