My experience at this store on 12/9 was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 5:15 and headed to the deli to purchase some sandwich summer sausage. A sign below the counter indicated that the deli is self-serve from 6:00 pm onwards. Despite being there early, there was no one in sight. When I approached the counter, the staff member mentioned that they may have left early, which was evident. After paging a few individuals with no response, the manager arrived and explained that they were understaffed. However, that should not have been my concern. I left without the item I wanted. Additionally, I enjoy playing the lottery, but the machine for lottery numbers was turned off, offering only instant tickets. This was unexpected and inconvenient. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Lottery. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but it seems not here.
Regrettably, this establishment's quality has declined in recent months! Poor service at the deli and cashier areas with no sense of urgency! I even contacted the manager to express my concerns, emphasizing that other grocery stores are available. If this establishment continues on this path, it may face closure. I will switch my shopping to Meijer or Giant Eagle, sadly.
