I adore the gym's pristine cleanliness. Brian is a diligent worker who ensures the facility is immaculate. The reception staff (Finn, Bennett, etc) are pleasant and amiable. I appreciate the array of cardio equipment, and the fact that there's never a wait to use it due to the numerous machines available. The hydromassage table is a delightful bonus!

I raised concerns with the front desk team approximately five months ago regarding the non-functional TVs. They assured me that an order had been placed. However, it's been five months, and the issue remains unresolved. There are at least five TVs that are still out of order. When I inquired today, I was informed that new TVs had been ordered, but there's uncertainty about their arrival. It appears to me that the corporate office is hesitant to invest. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service as this level of negligence is unacceptable. It's a straightforward fix, and it seems like Planet Fitness is unwilling to allocate the necessary funds. At my previous gym, each machine had its own TV, and any malfunctions were promptly rectified. In my view, your customer service is subpar, and I am profoundly disappointed. I've heard that numerous other patrons have also voiced complaints. There is no justification for this; it's a simple resolution!
