Had an appointment for a haircut. Arrived a few minutes early and the receptionist said they would be right with me. I sat down in a chair 3 feet from the beautician and receptionist and waited while the beautician finished with the customer in her chair. I was thinking I’m next until another customer sat down in the chair. No one told me she was running late. They just left me sitting there like a fool. Well, I got my coat and left. I would have no problem waiting if they had the courtesy to warn me of a delay. There are other salons that would be glad to have me as a customer.
Kristina did an amazing job on my hair!!! I needed a refresh and she gave me advice and executed perfectly. It was a lovely and relaxing experience and they took all Covid precautions. Thanks Kristina!
11/10! Tiffin made my hair dream come to life! She is a true magician and took all of my expectations and exceeded them x10! Not only that, the entire staff is SO sweet, engaging, funny, warm, and welcoming. It felt like spending an afternoon with my best girlfriends!
