This establishment was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The service was prompt even without a prior appointment. They provided a cozy blanket, and while the seating area is communal, there is some privacy. The cost is definitely justified as my lashes have never lasted this long!
I will not be revisiting Serene Lash. A simple lash touch-up took well over an hour and cost more than $100. Despite waiting for 3 weeks and 1 day, they insisted on charging me the full price for a 4-week touch-up. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
Wonderful cleanliness and very inviting atmosphere. Mandy's service was top-notch. Highly recommended. Honored the Groupon deal price.
