Had an appointment for a haircut. Arrived a few minutes early and the receptionist said they would be right with me. I sat down in a chair 3 feet from the beautician and receptionist and waited while the beautician finished with the customer in her chair. I was thinking I’m next until another customer sat down in the chair. No one told me she was running late. They just left me sitting there like a fool. Well, I got my coat and left. I would have no problem waiting if they had the courtesy to warn me of a delay. There are other salons that would be glad to have me as a customer.

Lori is incredibly welcoming and attentive. Each time I visit for electrolysis, she ensures I feel at ease and relaxed throughout the entire session (a welcome change from feeling rushed elsewhere). Since starting treatment, I no longer have to worry about the hairs on my face, especially my upper lip. This establishment was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The service was prompt even without a prior appointment. They provided a cozy blanket, and while the seating area is communal, there is some privacy.
