Regrettably, my photography skills are lacking, but let me tell you about Alexandra's exceptional work! She is undeniably the best in her field, showcasing immense talent and passion for her craft. Simply choose a color and entrust her to work her magic. Even if you opt for a simple, solid design, she consistently delivers beyond expectations! Pay a visit to her, and I assure you, you won't seek services elsewhere ever again.
If I had the option to rate this place a 0, I certainly would. I arrived with excitement to have my nails done for my birthday weekend and showed them a picture of the desired outcome. I spent a whopping 2 hours in the salon only to have my nails turn out misshapen and uneven, with the clear coat forgotten on my left hand. To add insult to injury, I was charged a staggering $105! When I requested a neutral base coat, the nail technician disregarded my preference, insisting that the picture indicated a natural coat and proceeded to apply it against my wishes. Despite my disappointment, I still left a $5 tip out of guilt. I strongly advise against this salon and will not be returning. Save your money and seek services elsewhere. I have also attached the picture of my desired outcome for reference, highlighting the vast difference between the two and my deep embarrassment with the final result.
I must say, this establishment receives a 0 from me. It is a dreadful place that should be avoided at all costs. The employees were incredibly impolite, and during my 11:30 appointments, they were simply loitering around, not attending to their duties. My friend's appointment didn't commence until nearly an hour later. The staff rushed through the procedures, engaging in idle chatter instead of focusing on their work. The nail technician accidentally cut my finger with a nail file, causing me to bleed, then proceeded to apologize and even chuckled about it. My nails are uneven and already peeling, despite having been done just yesterday. Overall, this is the most dreadful place I have ever visited!
