Avoid this place at all costs. I would rate 0 stars if possible. The employee, Laura, is dishonest. She manipulates the timer to give you less time than paid for. Interruptions for phone calls or doorbells deduct from your massage time. During my session, she repeatedly pushed for additional payment, even charging my card without consent for a higher tip, citing false service fee increases for card payments.
Update: I contacted the establishment today and coincidentally spoke with Laura, the deceiver. She either feigned ignorance or deliberately ignored my concerns. Despite my attempts to communicate, she continuously asked when I would return for a massage.
DO NOT VISIT! If 0 stars were an option, I would choose it. The single employee present is solely focused on money. She deducts time for answering the door or phone, impacting your session. Recent 5-star reviews are likely fake to inflate the rating. Invest your money elsewhere. You receive a partial massage for the full price. The owner's expected generic response won't deceive us; we know the truth about the deceitful practices draining our community.
