I have been a loyal customer at this salon for many years! The service is top-notch and the quality of work is exceptional. Each nail technician has created stunning designs for my gel acrylic nails, which last a remarkable 6 weeks before needing a fill. John and Amy have cultivated a warm and inviting atmosphere at the salon. And now, they even offer complimentary wine with certain services! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails.

I used to frequent the Norfolk location when MacArthur Mall was still operational, starting from 2018. However, I have not been able to leave a review for the Hampton location. I previously shared my feedback about the service. As a member for over a year now, I find it discomforting that Simran consistently refers to me as "sweetie," a term I do not appreciate.
