I used to frequent the Norfolk location when MacArthur Mall was still operational, starting from 2018. However, I have not been able to leave a review for the Hampton location. I previously shared my feedback about the service. As a member for over a year now, I find it discomforting that Simran consistently refers to me as "sweetie," a term I do not appreciate.
Based on the response provided in the attached image, I respectfully disagree with the statement made: my skin has shown improvement from the detox facials. This assertion does not align with my personal experience. Furthermore, in August, I underwent a hair dye treatment and subsequently changed my shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in products. During my recent service session, Simran observed my hair wrapped in a net and commented on my hair color, which was dyed back in August. Additionally, I purchased a product from her, only to discover at home a few days later that the item was sold to me despite being expired for a year. I found the interaction to be confrontational. Having had my eyebrows done in NYC for many years without encountering such issues, this experience was notably different.
