Krista trimmed my sibling's hair yesterday. Sibling is visiting from afar and this was a spur-of-the-moment appointment. Sibling has some patches of thinning hair, so it's tricky to give them a nice haircut. Krista cut and styled their hair to complement them and create the illusion of more fullness. She was considerate in discussing what my sibling desired before starting. Each nail technician has created stunning designs for my gel acrylic nails, which last a remarkable 6 weeks before needing a fill. John and Amy have cultivated a warm and inviting atmosphere at the salon. And now, they even offer complimentary wine with certain services! I used to frequent the Norfolk location when MacArthur Mall was still operational, starting from 2018. However, I have not been able to leave a review for the Hampton location. I previously shared my feedback about the service.
