I wholeheartedly recommend Kaylee Nails! This was my first visit, though my friend had been here before, and we both absolutely adore this establishment. We opted for somewhat similar nail designs today, and Jane executed them flawlessly! This is now our preferred spot, with highly skilled technicians who invest time in understanding your preferences. Simply amazing!

Overhearing a chat between the recent proprietors and a customer revealed that they acquired this establishment about a month back. Upon my inaugural visit to this salon, the initial impression was one of warmth and friendliness. I had a 2 p.m. appointment for a pedicure, and one of the proprietors seated me and initiated the pedicure chair. She informed me that her client had just arrived, so another individual would attend to me. It took 17 minutes for the proprietor's sibling, Emily, to arrive and commence the work on my toes. She apologized for the delay and proceeded to execute a commendable job on my pedicure, albeit accidentally burning me with the hot wax on my feet. Apart from the wait and the mishap, I would rate the experience a 6 out of 10. Unfortunately, Emily is only accessible on weekends, which is disappointing. My luck with pedicure salons in the IE doesn't seem to be improving.
