Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff as I was the earliest patient of the day. There was no wait time, and the technician conducted a thorough examination, providing clear explanations throughout. Dr. Taylor was punctual, amiable, meticulous, and displayed a high level of professionalism. Since my prescription remained unchanged, I opted not to get new glasses that day. Dr. Taylor addressed all my inquiries and offered valuable advice when requested.
The service was exceptional, covering all aspects of a comprehensive eye examination. It had been 7 years since my last visit to an optometrist, so the visit was long overdue. I was impressed by the array of advanced machinery used to assess eye health. Moreover, all the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Dr. Parsons is truly exceptional, and the technician who conducted the tests using the three machines was fantastic. The lady who assisted me in ordering my glasses was also outstanding. While the receptionist was polite, she lacked a bit of warmth. Nevertheless, I plan on returning for future appointments.
