I had a truly wonderful experience. The stylist I had was incredibly kind, attentive to my desires, and delivered exceptional results. If I had to nitpick, I would only mention that he appeared slightly distracted. My cuticles were not fully trimmed, and at the end, he placed the lotion bottle in front of me and asked if I wanted it, instead of applying it like the other technicians were doing. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciate the service and the welcoming atmosphere every time I visit.

I have visited this establishment numerous times for pedicures, and each experience has been fantastic. However, when I decided to try the dip powder set with tips, it was a different story. The nail technician ignored my concerns about my thin nail beds, accidentally burned me with the drill, and seemed irritated when I requested tips to be added. She claimed they wouldn't look natural, but I understand that dip powder does not provide a completely natural look. The shape was off, the nails were lumpy, and the only redeeming quality was the color. Feeling upset, I paid, left a tip, and departed. Later, another client who was seated nearby approached me in the parking lot and shared a similar negative experience with the same technician. I don't intend to criticize, but I urge caution when considering this service at this location. I will now seek to have them fixed elsewhere.

I made the trip from Springfield to have my nails done here, and I do not regret it in the slightest. I received a manicure and a pedicure, which I hadn't done in years. Everyone was exceptionally kind and made me feel right at home. The quality of work was outstanding, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be returning for future appointments.
