A stylist named Anna at the salon was extremely rude! Overheard her complaining about customers arriving before closing time and not wanting to serve them if there's a small wait. Their system failed to check my son in, but she assumed it did. Suddenly, in a rude tone, she pointed at him (unaware of my presence) and loudly said, "You didn't check in." I intervened, confirming that he did check in, but instead of offering a solution, she was dismissive and unhelpful. When I decided to go elsewhere, her response was simply, "Okay Bye." My sons frequented this salon for haircuts 2-3 times a month, but not anymore. Great Clips has lost our business entirely. I may have become upset, but her disrespectful behavior towards my teenager in front of others was unacceptable. No parent would tolerate such treatment. I hope Anna enjoyed her behavior, as Great Clips will never receive another cent from me!
