The quality at Serene Spa is average at best. I gave them two chances, and during my last visit for a trim ($45), I truly hope the feedback they receive helps them improve. It would be great to have a local salon that excels in the basic aspects of nail care. The service felt rushed, steps were skipped in the process, and the overall quality was lacking, especially with acrylics. The staff is friendly, but the quality falls short, sadly.
