I entered the salon to schedule an appointment but have decided to cancel it. I attempted to explain that my hair is very thick, and the woman there simply glanced at me and remarked, "Your hair isn't thick." How can she make that judgement without even touching it? I will seek out a more welcoming service provider, one that doesn't respond with snide comments after I've explained my needs. Consequently, I will not be available at 4 pm on Wednesday. Connie Henderson has been working wonders with my hair at her salon, where I have been getting relaxer treatments for 30 years. She has a keen eye for assessing hair and providing tailored recommendations. The other stylists at the salon have also been working alongside her for years, each one excelling in their own specialized areas. The pricing is also quite reasonable.
I reached out to this individual, assuming they were the owner of a salon in my new neighborhood. I inquired about their services for perms, and the response I received was extremely rude and ignorant. I have never encountered someone so dismissive. I would not recommend this establishment to newcomers. The behavior was truly appalling.
