I entered the salon to schedule an appointment but have decided to cancel it. I attempted to explain that my hair is very thick, and the woman there simply glanced at me and remarked, "Your hair isn't thick." How can she make that judgement without even touching it? I will seek out a more welcoming service provider, one that doesn't respond with snide comments after I've explained my needs. Consequently, I will not be available at 4 pm on Wednesday.
