My spouse suffers from severe PTSD and is the most compassionate individual I've ever met. Today, she phoned the pharmacy to obtain a legitimate, doctor-prescribed medication. However, she was met with disrespectful and patronizing treatment when she called. This incident greatly upset my wife, leading to an episode. To make matters worse, the pharmacy abruptly hung up on her as if she were insignificant. When she called back to voice her complaint, they conveniently feigned ignorance and attempted to further upset her. As an epilogue, I can confirm that we visited a different pharmacy where the prescription was deemed valid, and my wife was finally able to acquire her medication with respect at another Walmart pharmacy in a different town. We will never patronize the Newport Walmart pharmacy again!
