The nail technician was pleasant but... No massage. No soaking. Polish chipped off from 4 nails on the first night. $45 + gratuity.
Visited Clip & Snip based on a referral from a friend who has been coming here for over a decade. I requested about 6 inches off and some soft, natural highlights that would blend well as they grow out. The cut was great, but instead of the natural highlights, I ended up with bold bleach blonde streaks reminiscent of the early 2000s. I returned and paid an extra $30 for a "fix", which involved adding brown tones to break up the streaks. Now, my hair feels darker than before and I'm $200 poorer. The staff is friendly, and I'd recommend Clip & Snip for a cut, but not for highlights. I've included a photo of the highlights I received.
The most skilled hair artist I've ever visited, I phoned late in the day and Alexia scheduled me an appointment right after closing time, she made me feel at ease and guided me in finding the perfect style! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted without me saying much, and her fee was incredibly low, should be much higher!!! Only $40 for a significant cut, and I feel so confident and delighted with the outcome, definitely recommend this place!!!
