Smash offers same-day and emergency appointments, as well as quick 15-minute touch-ups. The service is fast and efficient, allowing me to return to work during my lunch break. I highly recommend this company, especially Zoey as the eyelash technician!
I want to emphasize the importance of trusting your instincts. Originally, I had an appointment with Gee on Tuesday at 6:30 PM, based on her great reviews. However, Gee canceled last minute, and Zoey offered to do my lashes the next morning at 9 AM. Despite feeling uneasy upon arrival with no greeting, I proceeded. During the service, a bug appeared, and the overall experience was unprofessional. My lashes turned out poorly, and at the end, Zoey suggested I stick with my previous technician. It was a disappointing experience, and I advise others to seek services elsewhere.
My mother and I have been visiting Smash for lash and brow tint services for 3 months now, and we always leave satisfied! It's more affordable than other local options, and both Zoey and Gee did an exceptional job.
