This establishment requires more patrons!!! The customer service here is exceptional, exuding warmth and authenticity. The pricing may be a tad high, but the quality justifies it. My feet feel rejuvenated and appear impeccable. The nail work on my hands is equally impressive, exuding sharpness and perfection. Without a doubt, I shall return for a refill.
My visit to this nail salon was truly exceptional. It ranks among the best nail experiences I've encountered. The staff was accommodating, attentive to my preferences, and delivered impeccable work. To top it off, I received a delightful Christmas gift during my visit on December 15th – a charming pomegranate lotion in a cute gift box. Moreover, I was recommended another talented nail stylist as the one who attended to me was departing. Despite this setback, I cannot rate this establishment highly enough for maintaining a peaceful and wonderful experience. Thank you for the exceptional service.
Arguably the most subpar manicure I've ever endured. I empathized with the elderly lady, yet the process was excruciatingly long. The gel removal alone took 50 minutes, causing distress to my nail beds. The subsequent application of new gel polish consumed another 45 minutes, devoid of any embellishments. The outcome was messy, with paint spilling onto my skin. The neighboring nail technician serviced three clients in the time it took to finish mine. Advising a waiting customer to seek another technician, I eventually departed after 2 hours, dissatisfied with the $50 spent.
