I am extremely particular about my nails. I scheduled appointments for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure experience was subpar and unclean, as they used the same brush and buffer on multiple clients. The manicure resulted in scratches and bubbles on the sides. I just had my nails done today on 6/13/24. I am deeply disappointed with the service, especially considering the unreasonably high price. I don't mind paying for quality, but this fell short.
Outstanding customer service. The salon was impeccably clean and had a beautiful interior. I will definitely return.
While Alexis was pleasant, her nail work didn't hold up well. By the time I got home, half of my nail was already lifting.
