Subpar service. The individual who assisted me displayed a patronizing and excessively arrogant attitude. Earning $15 an hour does not warrant rudeness and disrespect. The name of the person was LILLY. Perhaps a role behind the scenes would better suit her demeanor, as customer interaction seems challenging for her. Not everyone is cut out for constant customer interaction.

Extremely poor service! The staff was disrespectful. When I brought my father, who has dementia, for a haircut near closing time, it was evident they were not pleased to accommodate us. Gio is exceptional. He possesses a gentle demeanor and a wealth of knowledge that he is more than willing to share. I had never experienced a facial before, but I followed his advice for my skin, which was also quite affordable. Dealing with rosacea, my cheeks are typically red, but after just one session with Gio, my redness is already diminishing.
