Newnan Nails & Spa

I had the most amazing pedicure ever. I believe the technician I had was the owner's son. The leg massage was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep in the chair. I opted for french tip nails, and he took his time to ensure they were flawless, which I truly appreciated. Although I live an hour away, I would gladly make the trip to Newnan once a month just to visit this salon and get my nails done here again. They were fantastic! Even my mom, who also had a pedicure, thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Please take a closer look at the photos. After waiting for nearly three hours for these nails to be finished, this is what my friend ended up with. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30, and the nail filing began as soon as we arrived. We expected the appointment to last about an hour at most, but my friend's nails weren't even started until two hours in. When booking, we were given the option to choose who would do our nails, but what's the point if only one person knows how to do them? And even then, the execution was subpar. While we may not be nail experts, we can distinguish between acrylic and dip/SNS nails. We specifically requested acrylics but received the powder instead. When I pointed out that my friend received dip nails instead, the technician ignored me. She then convinced my friend to add a "design" for an extra $20 (presuming the base price for dip nails is $40). I left after almost three hours, with them pleading for my friend to call me back and offering to do the design I wanted for free. However, by that time, I had already delayed my dinner plans by an hour and a half. Do they not consider that we may have other commitments? I now have no time to redo my nails, just two days before prom. As a student and working full-time, allocating time and money for this kind of service is unacceptable. Please do not be swayed by the positive reviews!

ABSOLUTELY NOT ‼️‼️‼️ I rarely get my nails done, and experiences like this are exactly why. This was my second visit to this nail salon. The first time was disappointing, but I believe in giving second chances. However, I am extremely disappointed once again and will never return... If you enjoy taking risks, feel free to try it out, but if you want value for your money, I suggest going elsewhere. I spent two hours here just to ensure my nails were done correctly, only to be charged $100 at the end. It's outrageous how they wasted my time and money. I'm not overly particular, I just don't want to throw away the money I've worked hard for. I insisted they get it right this time, but it's still ridiculous... The first time they messed up my nails, I left quietly, but not this time, no way (smh). I may not be a nail expert, but I do expect them to be done properly.
