Received a full hybrid set as my first service. Strangely, the entire set fell out. I was skeptical about eyelash extensions. The salon offered a complimentary service, which lasted a few days longer, but unfortunately, the lashes still didn't hold. I requested to cancel due to the unsuccessful results, but the salon insisted on a two-month wait for cancellation. Approach this salon with caution.
Martha did an outstanding job on my lashes. They understood the exact look I wanted and executed it perfectly. It was my first visit to this studio, and I will definitely return for a refill. Highly recommended!
Martha performed excellently on my lashes. They were very professional, and provided thorough explanations. They ensured my comfort before beginning. The facility was impeccably clean and hygienic. The team was friendly and professional. I typically don't prefer false lashes, but Deka Lash has given me a new outlook. Although not the nearest location, I'm willing to drive the extra 10 minutes for this level of service. *** UPDATE *** Sarala handled my fill-in, displaying the same level of professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional service.
