Regrettably, my experience was not pleasant. The haircut was subpar, seemed fine initially with product application, but later revealed choppy and uneven layers. Additionally, I did not receive the receipt for my card payment via email, which could indicate the stylist entered the wrong email, posing a risk to my bank account, prompting me to freeze the card. I cannot endorse this salon.
Lizette was fantastic as my stylist; she grasped exactly what I envisioned and even provided tips on hair styling and product usage. Though the shop is small, the familial atmosphere among the staff is evident, creating a fun experience for customers. This is the first time I left a salon completely satisfied, and I will definitely return.
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I decided to get my hair done here after reading all the positive reviews and they are all accurate! From the moment I scheduled the appointment I appreciated the attention to detail when Alex asked me to send her pictures of my hair and what I wanted to achieve! During the appointment, Alex understood my desires without much explanation! The salon was impeccably clean and very inviting! I highly recommend it!
