Jenai is an absolute gem, and my visit here was superb!!! The treatment was incredibly relaxing and I felt fantastic afterward...and believe it or not, I swear I looked better in the mirror! The establishment itself is lovely, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Monica maintains her establishment SO spotless & she creates a very cozy setting. She accommodates your timetable so seamlessly. You always feel embraced & you will always depart feeling FORTUNATE from her exceptional work 😝. I had the most awful shape to my brows before I visited her & she worked her magic & they’ve been FLAWLESS ever since. I will never go to anyone else for my eyebrows. Regrettably, my experience was not pleasant. The haircut was subpar, seemed fine initially with product application, but later revealed choppy and uneven layers. Additionally, I did not receive the receipt for my card payment via email, which could indicate the stylist entered the wrong email, posing a risk to my bank account, prompting me to freeze the card.
