Had to rush here to remove my gel polish for nursing school. It was the nearest place to the school. Arrived at 1pm on a Monday. Jenai is an absolute gem, and my visit here was superb!!! The treatment was incredibly relaxing and I felt fantastic afterward...and believe it or not, I swear I looked better in the mirror! The establishment itself is lovely, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Regrettably, my experience was not pleasant. The haircut was subpar, seemed fine initially with product application, but later revealed choppy and uneven layers. Additionally, I did not receive the receipt for my card payment via email, which could indicate the stylist entered the wrong email, posing a risk to my bank account, prompting me to freeze the card.
