Regrettably, my experience was not pleasant. The haircut was subpar, seemed fine initially with product application, but later revealed choppy and uneven layers. Additionally, I did not receive the receipt for my card payment via email, which could indicate the stylist entered the wrong email, posing a risk to my bank account, prompting me to freeze the card. Jenai is an absolute gem, and my visit here was superb!!! The treatment was incredibly relaxing and I felt fantastic afterward...and believe it or not, I swear I looked better in the mirror! The establishment itself is lovely, spotless, and beautifully decorated.
