Raquel is absolutely amazing! I've been entrusting her with my hair for almost 4 years now. If you're looking for long, healthy locks, don't hesitate to visit this salon.
I'm feeling quite disappointed at the moment. Despite reading glowing reviews and meticulously researching this place for days before visiting, my hair did not turn out as expected. While the staff were incredibly kind, giving them 2 stars, niceness couldn't make up for the outcome of my 4c hair. Although this was the most polite salon experience I've had, there were some uncomfortable moments. I don't think I can return, not because of how I was treated, but because of how my hair was treated.
I actually know her daughter, Sophia; in fact, we attended school together for 7 years. I hope to one day get a haircut at this salon.
