I went to Cielo’s VIP Salon & Spa in Newark on Wednesday, 11/27/24, for a keratin treatment, hair color, trim, and manicure/pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially given the $550+ price tag. 1. Hair Dye Mishap: I left the salon with dye on my forehead as they lacked the right product to remove it. 2. Manicure Woes: Cut my cuticles too short, causing pain for days. 3. Pedicure Problems: Similar issue with my toenails, leading to signs of infection on my right big toe.
