I visited this nail salon less than a week ago, and my nails already need to be redone. The shape is completely different from what I asked for, not the coffin shape I wanted. I am extremely dissatisfied and would rate this place zero stars if I could. The environment was chaotic with a child yelling in people's faces while I was trying to relax and escape from my own kids. It was unprofessional and the salon was dirty inside, with a bad smell. During the nail service, my nails started burning, something I have never experienced before.
I usually don't write reviews, but the job they did on my nails was so terrible that I feel compelled to warn others not to waste their money here. They completely messed up the shape of my nails, leaving them bumpy and only half shiny.
The salon is unclean and the most expensive pedicure I have ever received. Prices were not displayed anywhere, and the pedicure did not justify the exorbitant amount I was charged. The staff was friendly, but I will not be returning.
