My first time undergoing microblading was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign a document without any explanation of the procedure. The staff applied cream to my brows without clarifying its purpose, which I later learned was numbing cream. The facility appeared unkempt, with an overflowing trash can in the bathroom, raising concerns about cleanliness. Once in the treatment room, there was a lack of communication about what to expect. I had to interrupt the process to ask basic questions, as the technician seemed rushed and uninformative. Despite the satisfactory outcome, the overall experience was unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable.
This place is exceptionally clean and pleasant. Julia was incredibly professional and considerate. She ensured my comfort throughout the microblading procedure. I am thrilled with how perfect my eyebrows turned out. The only downside was the presence of a homeless individual outside, which made me feel uneasy. Despite that, my overall experience was truly positive, and I intend to return.
I visited this establishment to have my mother's eyebrows enhanced with microblading during their Black Friday promotion. The cost was $199 for the initial session and an additional $199 for the touch-up. The process was efficient, with my mother receiving numbing cream promptly and the procedure lasting around an hour and 20 minutes.
