I entered with a photo depicting the nail repair I required. I was assured it could be done and given a price estimate. Unfortunately, it took three different individuals, each claiming expertise, to unsuccessfully attempt the task. Not only did it consume an hour for one nail, but the outcome looked worse than my initial broken nail. This has been one of the most disappointing nail salon experiences. If a task is beyond your capabilities, honesty is key. I have now sought assistance from a different salon, where I was informed that the black base hadn't been cured adequately for the chrome finish.
I've been a loyal customer for 3 years. The nail technicians here are skilled. Bringing a reference picture helps in achieving the desired length and shape. I usually opt for tips and powder with a nude hue, and I am particular about the nail length and shape.
