Dr. Taylor Lee was absolutely phenomenal, and his bedside manners were exceptional! He preferred to be as minimally invasive as possible, but he educated me on various treatment options and allowed me to select the treatment I felt most comfortable with. He was extremely thorough in explaining each step before and during my PNA procedure, and he guided me through the entire process with grace. I am truly grateful for his gentle touch and compassion!
Dr. Lee is incredibly humble and kind, she provided me with information on various treatment options that suited my needs, and during the minor procedure, she was gentle, calm, and kind. She genuinely cares about her patients. I am delighted to have chosen her.
Dr. Harper has been exceptional. She is well-informed and understanding (and non-judgmental about all my years of wearing pointed, high-heeled shoes! :-)) She promptly addressed my foot pain, enabling me to leave her office pain-free, and discussed all potential long-term solutions to my issue, from less invasive options (like custom insoles) to more invasive ones (surgery). I ultimately had to undergo surgery, but she supported me every step of the way, and my recovery has been seamless, just as she had explained. She possesses a delightful bedside manner and is incredibly patient, reassuring, and caring. Scheduling an appointment with her is convenient, and her office staff are delightful and responsive. She also excels at collaborating with insurance companies and providing a letter for my employer (allowing me to work remotely for a month). I highly recommend Dr. Harper and have already referred another friend to her (who is also very satisfied!)
