They also offer alcoholic beverages. Guests of the bathhouse have access to towels, bathrobes, and slippers. A special mention to the administrator Maria - a true professional.
Allow me to begin by expressing my admiration for this sauna. I have likely visited around 10 times in the past year. I frequently suggest it to others. However, I must share an incident that occurred earlier today. As I returned to the locker room at the end of my visit, I was met with a disturbing sight - black liquid bubbling out of the drain and spreading across the floor in front of my locker. Though it didn't seem like sewage, the stench was unbearable. I hastily placed a towel down and, in my sandals, began transferring my belongings to the bench. The situation was so repulsive that I felt even the soles of my shoes needed thorough cleaning before leaving. Upon going upstairs to settle my bill, I brought this issue to the attention of two individuals at the front desk, showing them photos as evidence. One of them was understanding and tried to reassure me (though not convincingly) that it was not unhygienic. The other staff member reacted sharply, questioning why I hadn't reported it sooner if it was such a problem. I explained that it had just occurred. She repeated her inquiry. I emphasized that for a $65 entry fee (excluding an additional $50 spent on food and drinks), such a situation was completely unacceptable. She retorted once more, insinuating that it couldn't have been that bad if I hadn't raised the concern earlier. In the end, she deducted $5 from my $200 total bill (covering entry and food for my partner as well). This gesture was almost more insulting than her initial response. I am not one to seek discounts; I simply believe that customers should not have to navigate through foul wastewater to retrieve their belongings. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, which is truly disappointing.
