They quoted me a price for hair dye, then proceeded to demand an extra $25 at the end because it "did not include the wash." I inquired multiple times how they could have a price for the dye without the wash since you cannot dye hair without washing it at the end, and they simply chastised me about the high cost of dyes. I would not have minded if that was the initial price provided, but being deceived like this is incredibly frustrating.
