The waxing experience with Laura was fantastic. However, the business practices are questionable. It was my first visit and I scheduled my appointment with a $0 balance as it entitled me to a free session. While checking out, the receptionist suddenly informed me that the offer had changed to half off. I don't mind paying, but the lack of transparency during my visit and the sudden change upon leaving was unprofessional.
