AVOID THIS PLACE! This was my second visit to the salon. The first time, I was charged significantly less for the same service. I had to return for corrections as there was a communication issue with my stylist the second time. Despite requesting simple layers and face-framing, I left with a completely different hairstyle that I am not happy with. For the price I paid, I expected better service.
This establishment is exceptionally tidy and modern inside. My recent visit to Toto Hair was truly delightful thanks to the skilled professionals, Lily, Chloe, and Mia. Lily, the stylist, came highly recommended by my daughter and her precision and expertise left me feeling rejuvenated with my fresh highlights and haircut. Chloe and Mia, who handled my highlights and hair wash, provided a luxurious and calming experience. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel truly pampered throughout my appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch care for their hair.
