I visited this nail salon for a regular pedicure, which cost $19 before tip. The price was reasonable for the Chelsea area. While the salon may not be luxurious, it was clean, and the service provided by Alex was satisfactory for the price.
I am thrilled to have discovered this salon! I don't understand the negative reviews as the experience was great. For $24, I received a mani/pedi including tax and tip, which is an amazing deal. The salon is clean, welcoming, and offers a range of services. The staff were polite and not pushy when suggesting additional treatments. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I did have to ensure some minor details with my nails, but it was not a major issue. I will definitely be returning and recommend this salon to others. Just be mindful of arriving before 4:30 pm on weekdays to avoid a wait as it gets busy later in the day.
My eyelash extension experience was disappointing. The lashes were placed on my eyelid, not just on the lashes themselves. They looked unnatural and were touching my eyelids, causing discomfort. I specifically asked for a natural look, but that was not achieved. Additionally, one lash was attached incorrectly, making it look odd. I had to remove it as soon as I got home. The service took about an hour and cost $100, which I feel was not worth it. The lashes are too close to my lids and are poking my skin. I hope they come off soon.
